Refund & Exchange Policy

At Taqueria Calentano Terrell, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

  • Consumed Food: Food that has already been consumed is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders: If there is an issue with your order, it must be returned to the kitchen so it can be reviewed. Once returned, the order may be remade at our discretion.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
